How to Use:

• From the center of the chin along the jawline toward the ear
• From the sides of the nose out toward the temples
• Under the eyes using the lightest touch
• From the eyebrows up to the hairline
• Down the sides of the neck to assist in full lymphatic drainage

Repeat each motion 5–10 times per area, always moving in upward or outward strokes. Use 3–5 times a week for visible, lasting results.
